What we keep, and why
Only what is needed to sell you an order and ship it. Nothing is sold or passed on to anyone.
- Email and password — so you can have an account. The password is stored encrypted and not even we can read it.
- Name, address, phone and tax number — to ship the order and issue the invoice. The tax number is optional.
- Orders — what you bought and when. We keep this because tax law requires it.
- Cart and wantlist — so you don’t lose them between visits.
Signing in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email — nothing more, and never your Google password.
Cookies
We use the cookies the shop needs to work: keeping you signed in and keeping your cart between pages. We can't ask you about those — without them there is no shop.
With your permission, we also use the Google tag, to know which ads and searches lead to a sale. It is only loaded after you press «Accept»: until you answer, or if you choose «Only what's needed», your browser never even talks to Google.
You can change your mind at any time, under «Cookies» at the bottom of any page.
For how long
Invoicing data stays for the years tax law requires. The rest stays while you have an account; if you delete it, we delete whatever we are not obliged to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to take it with you. Write to geral@triplacegames.com and we answer within a month.
If you think we mishandled your data, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
