Shipping and returns
What it costs
Shipping cost depends on the value of the cards, because what changes is the insurance and the tracking — not the weight. It is worked out at checkout before you confirm, never after.

Collection in store
Free. You choose it at checkout, pay here when you collect, and the order is held for 7 days.
Timings
Orders paid before 2pm go out the same working day. Correio Azul normally takes 1 to 3 working days within Portugal; registered post, 2 to 4. Tracked shipments carry the code in the dispatch email.
If you don’t pay
An unpaid order is cancelled after 7 days and the cards go back on sale automatically. We email you before that happens.
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
If you buy at a distance, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014.
Just tell us by email within that period. You return the cards in the condition you received them, and we refund what you paid — including the outward shipping — within 14 days of getting them back. The cost of returning them is yours.
This right does not apply to purchases collected in store, because there you saw the card before taking it.
If the card is not as described
That is not a return, it is our fault, and we have to put it right: write to us and we refund everything, shipping included, with no 14-day limit at all. The legal guarantee of conformity is two years.
